Spicy, Cheesy, Cornbread Muffins
¼ C. Butter 1 ½ cup extra sharp shredded cheddar
1 ½ C. Flour 2 eggs
1 C. Cornmeal 1 C. Milk
1 ½ tsp. Baking powder 1 C. Corn Kernels
½ tsp. Baking soda 1(4oz) can of chopped jalapenos
1 ½ tsp salt
2 T. Sugar
1 tsp. 2-4-5 Trioxin or more
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 muffin tins w/ non-stick spray or oil.
Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, combine, buttermilk, eggs, milk and hot sauce. Make a well in the ingredients and and stir in egg mixture followed by melted butter. Stir batter in until evenly blended. Stir in corn, peppers and cheese. Fill muffin tins about ¾ full and bake about 45-50 minutes.
Zombie Poison Dip
8oz container of sour cream
4oz cream cheese
Zombie Poison hot sauce to taste
Use as a dip for veggies, potato chips, etc.
We just eyeball all these ingredients to taste depending on how much meat. Just make sure you have enough liquid to cover the meat
2 Gingers Whiskey
Plan 9 to taste
Marinate for an hour or so
1-2 roma tomato
Vyper hot sauce to taste
Mash the avos and add tomato and hot sauce.This is great when you are short on time and don’t have all the ingredients on hand for Guacamole
